The maintenance of the oil transfer pump for
Weifang generator set mainly includes the following aspects:
1. Pre installation inspection: Before installing the fuel pump, it is necessary to check whether the model and specifications are correct, and remove the rust proof oil. The thickness of the selected gasket should be appropriate to prevent the piston from being stuck or running improperly due to being too thin or too thick. When tightening the bolts, the torque should be uniform to prevent damage to the oil pump.
2. Regularly clean the filter screen: The coarse filter core in the oil pump joint is prone to clogging due to dirt such as cotton wool, and needs to be checked and cleaned regularly. If the filter is damaged, it must be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
3. Maintenance of sealing device: There is a rubber sealing device between the hand oil pump piston and the hand oil pump body on the fuel pump. Do not disassemble it at will. If the rubber ring is damaged, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
4. Use of Hand Pump: After using the hand pump, it must be pressed back and the button tightened to prevent intake or oil leakage caused by insufficient pressure.
5. Spring maintenance: Ensure that the elasticity of the piston spring, tappet spring, inlet valve spring, and outlet valve spring of the plunger type fuel pump is normal. If the elasticity of the spring weakens or breaks, it needs to be replaced or cushioned for adjustment in a timely manner.
6. Rust prevention measures: If the generator is not used for a long time, effective rust prevention measures need to be taken to prevent the surface of the oil pump from rusting due to excessive moisture. Lubricating oil with moisture, diesel, and other impurities in the oil pan of the fuel injection pump can be replaced during shutdown.
7. Cleaning of engine oil: The added engine oil needs to be filtered through sedimentation to ensure cleanliness and prevent excessive impurities from aggravating the wear of the inlet valve, outlet valve, and valve seat of the oil delivery pump.
8. Use of oil drain hole: Some oil transfer pumps have oil drain holes on the pump body, which are used to allow a small amount of leaked oil from the oil transfer pump to flow directly out of the pump body. Do not block the hole to prevent oil from entering the oil sump of the fuel injection pump and diluting the lubricating oil.
