1. Inspection and replacement of engine oil and antifreeze: Generator sets that have not been used for a long time need to check the level and quality of engine oil and antifreeze before starting. Engine oil needs to be replaced regularly to ensure the normal operation of the lubrication system and prevent wear and failure of parts. Antifreeze should be kept at a normal level and added or replaced in time when insufficient.
2. Battery status check: Good battery condition is the basis for the start-up and operation of the generator set. Batteries that have been stored for a long time may discharge naturally, so it is necessary to check the charge status of the battery before starting to ensure that the battery line is firmly connected to prevent the risk of electric shock.
3. Fuel system inspection: For diesel generator sets, it is necessary to check the cleanliness and fuel quality of the fuel system to ensure that the fuel supply is sufficient and there is no oil leakage in the connecting pipes. The fuel filter also needs to be replaced regularly to ensure that the fuel channel is unobstructed.
4. Monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance:
Monthly maintenance: clean the outer surface of the unit, check the flexibility of the speed control rod, replace the cooling water and measure the pH value, check the tension of the fan belt and the charger belt, conduct emergency power generation test, etc.
Quarterly maintenance: check the air flow resistance indicator, release the diesel water and clean the diesel filter, check the lubricating oil level of the overspeed mechanical protection device, check the tightness of the external main connecting bolts, etc.
Annual maintenance: conduct parallel load operation test, simulate the performance test of the protection device, check the axis and opening, clean the cooling system, check the oil quality and replace the oil, clean the diesel filter, etc.
5. Other routine inspections: including checking whether the unit is damaged or foreign matter, cleaning dust and debris; checking whether the air filter is blocked or damaged; detecting whether the unit system can start normally; performing appropriate load operation to ensure that it can work normally and provide stable power; using the intelligent platform to monitor the operating status of the unit, etc.
